Is your program licensed by the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC)?
Yes. We are a Certified Family Child Care program licensed by the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) with a capacity of up to 16 children. We follow all state safety and quality standards, and all staff complete background checks and ongoing training. Our small group setting allows us to provide personalized, nurturing care for each child.
How long is each class?
Half day preschool programs are being held 5-hour a day morning preschool with extended after school care program.
Our after school language lessons are approximately 45-90 minutes long depending on the age of children.
What do you teach in class?
Class activities include music and movement, drawing, cooking, craft, culture traditions, storytelling, dialogues, Chinese calligraphy, and brush painting in both Mandarin Chinese and English languages.
Is the class taught by a native speaker?
Yes, most of our days are led by native speakers and sometimes we have special event teachers onsite and parent volunteers.
Is the teacher CPR/First Aid trained?
Yes, our teacher(s) are CPR/First Aid certified and also hold food handlers card, and are being recognized by Oregon Registry.
